CANNON FORKS

Cannon Forks

The part of a bicycle that carries the front wheel is a bicycle fork. Usually, a fork consists of two blades that are connected by a fork crown at the tip. A steerer tube connects the fork to the bike and the handlebars (via a stem) above the crown, enabling the rider to steer the bike.

It functions like a motorcycle’s front suspension. It fits over the tubes that link the fork to the frame, the lower portion of the fork that carries the wheel. The spring becomes compressed as the fork goes up (as the bike reaches a bump), and the piston pushes fluid into the orifice.
